We aim to make the 2010 SPWLA Conference one to remember ... and have prepared a multi-facetted program to achieve this goal. All functions will be held in the Perth Conference Exhibition Centre (PCEC) unless otherwise indicated. Please confirm exact location and timing prior to event from information available at registration.

The Technical Program has now been issued. Expect this year's presentations to be of the usual high quality.
A number of Short Courses are offered addressing a range of contemporary topics.
A one-day Field Trip in the Perth region will combine some hands-on observations of core and logs with visits of modern analogues to some of the giant fields of Western Australia, all in the bucolic setting of the Swan Valley, famous also for its wineries and fine restaurants where the day will end for a well-deserved wrap-up dinner.
Networking will be even more enjoyable than usual at any of the planned Social Events, all held in spectacular venues.
Of course, the traditional Golf Tournament and Society Functions are planned too.
Finally we do hope that you will be accompanied during your visit to Perth by your partner or family, and are proposing some memorable Partner Events for them to discover the region. We also invite you to make your own program, for instance by reading of other options here.
The SPWLA-2010 Organizing Committee respectfully acknowledges the past and present traditional owners of the land on which we will be meeting, the Nyungar people. It will be a privilege to be meeting on Nyungar country.
