To assist you with the organisation of your stand, we provide here relevant information on key dates and times, furniture hire, venue contacts and general information.
Please review each section carefully and forward the relevant details on to your contractors as appropriate.
GENERAL ENQUIRIES AND ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
General conference and exhibition inquiries should be directed to Michelle at Promaco Conventions.

The registration booklet has additional information about the symposium program and events.
=> Please advise your exhibitor name badges by completing the Exhibitor Registration Form.
=> Accommodation can also be booked through Promaco using this same Exhibitor Registration Form.
SETTING UP YOUR STAND
- Stands will be built on 18-19 June at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre in Pavilion 1 (Level 1) and will be available for exhibitors to move onsite from 07:00am on Sunday 20 June.
- Exhibitors will be provided very soon with a move-in schedule advising their coordinated move-in time on Sunday 20 June. Custom-built stands will be coordinated through Advans Exhibition Services (below).
- Exhibition stands should be completed and available for viewing from 07:30am on Monday 21 June.
- Break-down will commence on Wednesday 23 June from 5:00pm.
- Stand size is: 3m wide x 3m deep x 2.4m high with velcro compatible side and back wall.
- Each stand will include:
- Fascia with company name sign
- 2 x 150w spotlights and 1 power point (220-240V, details here)
- Fabric covered back and side walls (velcro compatible)
- Access to wireless internet (refer PCEC Manual for cost details)
- 2 exhibitor registrations per numbered stand (includes daily tea breaks and boxed lunches, name badges and pocket programs)
For example: 1 stand = 2 staff, 3 stands = 6 staff
- The cost for additional staff to service your stand is a choice of
- either a one-day exhibitor registration @ AUD 180 - or a three-day exhibitor registration @ AUD 340
- SPWLA considers one exhibitor registration for each stand as a FULL delegate registration which also gives them access to all technical sessions, delegate lunches and social function tickets (subject to availability). They may also bring their partner to the functions, if a partner registration @ AUD 77 is purchased.
- Additional staff can be registered when filling in the Exhibitor Registration Form. Additional name badges are only required for more than two service staff per numbered stand.
EXHIBITION STAND PROVIDER
Please refer to the Exhibitor Pack from Advans Exhibition Services, the exhibition stand provider, to assist you with the setting up of your stand. Advans will be coordinating the display set up at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre and will arrange your fascia board, furniture fire, lighting, electrical and other stand requirements. Exhibitors may supply their own furniture if preferred.
Custom-built stand contractors and suppliers should also be advised to Advans.

THE VENUE
The venue is Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. The comprehensive PCEC Exhibitor Manual provides general operational and procedural information relevant to exhibiting at events at the Centre. Most "Frequently Asked Questions" are covered in this document.

STAND MATERIAL DELIVERIES
- PCEC will not accept deliveries of any goods on behalf of exhibitors or provide storage for any items delivered. PCEC accepts no responsibility for the safety of any such items delivered to the site in the absence of the exhibitor.
